Triple e Training Holdings (Pty) Ltd. (the company) believes in strong values and integrity with all commercial relations. Accordingly the company has decided to express its commitment to such in writing by means of this policy.

In view of the above, the company has:
- A sound and impeccable history with customers over long periods of time
- Record all business transactions and provide transparency for any institution which may have the need to audit and confirm this
- Provided such service that it has received numerous complimentary written statements from customers and referrals from them
- Updated and developed material of the highest standards acknowledged and accepted by most SETAs and Accreditation Bodies
- Been accredited with Umalusi under reference number ABT 00004 PA and MERSETA
- Exceeded its BBBEE goals which were set at 70 for 2008/ 2009 by achieving verification from an accredited Verifier of 88.4; constituting a level 2 Contributor
- Constant financial audits and submissions to the South African Revenue Services and is also in possession of the relevant certificates to substantiate this under Tax Registration number 9548254146
- Adhered to all the requirements of the Company's Act and shareholders agreement by conducting Board meetings every 3 (three) months, recording such in writing and conveying the required resolution as prescribed for decisions made
- Been audited by the Department of Labour and has been declared in total compliance with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (as amended), Employment Equity Act, Occupational health and Safety Act, Skills development Act and Labour Relations Act
