BRIEF HISTORY OF TRIPLE E TRAINING

Triple e Training was established in 1991 as an Innovative Training Consultant by Sharon Blignaut and Lance Clack as a small company focused on the delivery (at that time) called 'Literacy Training'. In January 1994 Triple e Training was established and launched it's first National Literacy project along with Amalgamated Retail (Currently Relyant Retail) in more than 350 branches nationally - playing a vital and pivotal role in the success that Triple e Training has achieved with this project can also be attributed to two people namely: Mike Busschau and Deon Strijdom. Joe Clack joined Triple e Training permanently in 1995.

Triple e Training has since delivered Adult Basic Education and Training (ABET) to more than a 600 companies throughout South Africa and continues to deliver exceptional services and excellent results over a large spectrum of industries, no matter what the size of the project or company that we may deal with.

Triple e Training will always be committed and loyal towards delivery of Job related and learner orientated ABET Solutions for their valued customers, learners and stakeholders.

OUR MISSION

  • Triple e Training is one of the top 5 Adult Basic Education and Training (ABET), learnership and FET providers in South Africa. We take a leadership position with our innovative products and approach within the education and training industry.
  • We are passionate about the development of appropriate educational material and in revolutionising education and training.
  • We equip our learners for life within the social, economic and academic societies in which they function - as we have proved at SASOL, Mittal Steel, and Volkswagen and in other great companies.
  • We ensure the integration of education and training into the socio-economic environment of the learner so that the learner does not only achieve a General Education and Training Certificate at NQF 1. He/she is motivated and equipped to pursue further qualifications offered at higher levels of the National Qualifications Framework
  • We consult with stakeholders and customising programmes to suit the needs of at least the 12 organising fields of SAQA, the national standards authority. We know that our ABET programmes are relevant and transportable
  • We offer worthy, credible ABET solutions to organisations, individuals and communities
  • Our ABET solutions are compatible and flexible enough to achieve the goals and objectives of our clients and the people for whom they are responsible thus opening opportunities for further development and personal growth
