Ambassador Ozawa, the Ambassador of Japan in South Africa, honoured the Triple E Training’s ABET learners from the Komatsu Denron ABET Community Centre at a moving ceremony last month. He stated proudly that Japan and South Africa had been doing business for 100 years and that Japan was proud to be in association with South African businesses. He encouraged the ABET learners to strive for success.

The ABET learners, some of whom received more than 3 ABET certificates, were ecstatic when he presented them with transport in the form of a Combi for the trip to and from their ABET classes. The Managers of Denron and Komatsu were united in their encouragement the ABET learners to continue to do well in their adult education and training studies. They indicated their delight at the ABET learners’ successes. They spoke about the necessity of skilled people to grow a strong South Africa, which starts with ABET.

The Triple E Training ABET facilitators are on-site full time at the Denron Komatsu Community Centre outside Plettenberg Bay and together with the support of the Centre Manager Mr Schmidt, are a large reason for the success of the ABET Programme.
