BOSAL Afrika Plant 4: WATLOO - Graduation
It was a great honor to share in the celebration of yet another Abet [Adult Basic Education and Training] graduation luncheon.
BOSAL Afrika Plant 4 in Watloo held their graduation luncheon on the 17th February 2009 on site in their Boardroom. Learners were presented with their certificates by the Manufacturing Manager, Mr. Joe Claassen with their H.R. Practitioner, Ms Elsie Slabbert in attendance. This was much to the jubilation of the learners who had displayed remarkable commitment, hard work and passion throughout their Abet Programme.
BOSAL Afrika Plant 4 made a commitment in 2004 to develop their staff's English Communication skills as well as Mathematical skills. This was while the plant was still located in Chamdor, KRUGERSDORP. Since then, the company has given the learners an unwavering support to the programme.
A special accolade is for learners who finally completed NQF1 English Communication and Numeracy levels. Thoko Ntuli [Numeracy 4], Winnie Mdluli [Numeracy 4 and Communication 4] and Frans Kekana [Communication 4]. Their motivation and commitment has been an inspiration to other learners.
