Small Project Foundation - Eastern Cape July 2008
The Level 3 and 4 Communication Learners of Small Projects Foundation in Steytlerville, Eastern Cape, are most excited to be nearing the end of their studies for this year's ABET training. This enthusiastic group of learners is ably facilitated by Bukeka Mndende, who says they keep her motivated because they are so willing and hard-working. The majority of the learners are volunteer home-based carers, who strive to improve their community.
Paula Whitaker visited their classes in the last week of July and remarked how, despite the fact that the training venue is not "state of the art", the learning that takes place is excellent, and that the determined learners are sure to grow through this training and development.
