Triple e Training Holdings t/a WRAP are a Service Excellence Provider!
The Port Elizabeth Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PERCCI) launched a service excellence campaign in November 2005 with a view to significantly raise the levels of service delivery and enhancing the Metro's competitive edge in preparation for the 2010 World Cup Soccer tournament.

Participation is voluntary. Organisations that apply for accreditation are required to send at least 60% of their staff on the one-day training programme, which has been compiled by the NMMU Business School. The organisation's service levels are then assessed by a 'mystery shopper' and they are required to achieve at least 80% of the criteria, in order to be awarded the Service Excellence Accreditation. Eight 'mystery shopping' assessments are conducted during the year to monitor the service levels of accredited organizations.
Triple e Training t/a WRAP is one of the Providers selected and accredited to offer this training to organisations. It is a fun-filled programme, emphasising the Metropole's . highlights and driving home the fact that only excellent service is good enough. Contact us for further information!
