TRIPLE E TRAINING TO EDUCATE, ENRICH & EMPOWER LGWSETA MEMBERS IN FREESTATE & MPUMALANGA
Local Government & Water SETA embarked on a national ABET project in July 2003, Triple e Training was awarded Mpumalanga & Freestate provinces. Triple e Training established a massive need in the various municipalities and has assessed over 2800 learners in a 90 day period.
ABET classes had to be spread across the allocated municipalities - the first classes commenced in September 2003 - Triple e Training needed to train 1250 learners in these two areas.
The LGWSETA provides the funding for this project and the municipalities receives their training free of charge from Triple e Training.
The service provider's responsibilities range is as follows:
- Project marketing
- Placement Assessments
- Grouping and allocation of learners
- Assist with the organisation of facilities and venues
- ABET Facilitation
- Project Management
- Quality Assurance
- Management visits
- Final Assessment
- Certification
