GROWTH THROUGH DEVELOPMENT POLICY OR BELIEF?


Triple e Training, WRAP Eastern Cape and WRAP Adult Education offers a combination of expertise that is unrivalled in the market, with more than 25 000 hours of research and development time, 800 000 learner hours per annum achieving national pass rates of above 95% in all learning areas and a management team with more than 80 years of joint experience in all aspects of ABET deliveries.

How do we achieve this and maintain such high standards?

Our motto and beliefs is Growth through Development. We firmly believe that unleashing the potential of our employees is more profitable than head-hunting the privileged individuals who company-hop from one organization to another. We spend over 5% of our payroll on training our staff and contract facilitators, this excludes our travelling and accommodation costs. The building, developing and empowering of committed employees and contractors is one of the cornerstones of our HR policy.

These people started out as contractors within the Triple e Training Group and have, though mutual commitment and development, grown into fully empowered individuals who are tremendous assets to the company.

Our policy of employing the unemployed is linked to a passionate belief in growth through development of all our people.

We are now taking the next step of empowering our staff in an even more improved new Skills Transfer Initiative. The goal and focus of the Triple e Training STI is to empower previously disadvantaged individuals to operate in equal partnership with Triple e Training. The transfer of knowledge and skills will lead to the building of an independent yet lucrative business. The dual mission of Triple e Training STI will be to penetrate specific market sectors such as the Public Sector and Community-based projects, and sincerely and genuinely empowering previously disadvantaged persons.
